The staff at the hotel are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are amazing, equipped with old school bed heads that have a radio built into them.

After some concerns from reading previous reviews, the hotel's staff, particularly Mathew, provided excellent communication and service. The King Suite with a Spa was booked and the staff ensured the room matched the request with a lighter colour theme. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

Matthew provided excellent service, following up via phone to ensure safety and comfort. The room was lit up and warm upon arrival, and the Lux Room 16 was a great place to stay.

The booking was not found upon check-in, and despite receiving confirmation, it was in the wrong month. The toilet seat was loose and not fixed during the stay. Bedside tables were removed from the wall and not reattached. There was an unpleasant smell in the reception area upon check-out.
