Our Approach

At our preschool, we believe that strong partnerships with families and the community are essential to our success. Our Program

Our early childhood program is designed to be flexible and fun, incorporating a range of activities that cater to different learning styles and interests. From painting and sculpture to drama and music groups, our children are encouraged to explore and express themselves in a variety of ways. We also have dedicated small group learning areas, where children can engage in structured activities, and play-based learning opportunities, where they can develop their social, emotional, and physical skills.

In addition to our formal program, we also provide ample opportunities for relaxation, rest, and meals. Our daily routine includes a free morning and afternoon tea, which features a variety of healthy options, including fruit platters, dips, and crackers, fruit toast, and milk. We believe that mealtimes are an important part of the learning experience, providing opportunities for socialization, emotional intelligence, and basic life skills.

Our Team

Our team of educators is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing the highest quality care and education. Our director, Shanelle Baxter, is an early childhood teacher who has extensive experience in the field. Our educational leader, Sarah Lawler, holds a diploma in education and has a wealth of knowledge in early childhood development. Emily Atkinson, our educational leader, has completed her diploma in education and has a keen eye for innovative and engaging educational strategies. Mitchell Kennedy, our certificate III trainee, is an enthusiastic and devoted member of our team, and Debbie Clarke, our diploma-trained educator, brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our preschool.

Accreditation and Achievements

We are thrilled to have achieved the "High Quality" Accreditation Rating from the National Child Care Accreditation Council (NCAC) on six out of six occasions. This accolade is a testament to our dedication to excellence and commitment to providing the highest quality early childhood education and care.
