*Site Consultations*

We offer site inspections with clients prior to the initiation of the design process to assess the site and its surroundings. We also offer pre-build consultations, consultations during construction, and post-construction consultations to assist you in the building process.

*Architectural Design*

Our architectural design services include:

• Schematic Design: During the initial design stage, we will view the site and its immediate surroundings, considering areas such as site orientation, views, prevailing winds, building location, broad zoning of areas within the building, vehicle and pedestrian access, massing of the structure, circulation, and use area relationships.
• Design Development: During this stage, we will develop and refine the broad design concepts, considering areas such as the detailed layout of the building, the finalisation of the type of structure and materials, the suitability of services, the external finishes and the budget.
• Town Planning: Town Planning specific architectural work is required for a planning permit. We will work with you to prepare a planning permit application, including external colours and materials schedule, a site analysis drawing, Shadows and Screening diagrams, Wildfire/Bushfire assessment by a qualified consultant, and a landscaping plan by a qualified landscape designer.

• Construction Working Drawings: This is a major part of the architects work and involves the preparation of detailed drawings for the construction of your new home.

• Exterior Finishes and Colours: We will work with you to select the exterior finishes and colours for your new home.
