We offer two specifications, both with premium inclusions, and all of our homes come with a 25-year structural warranty.

We offer a wide range of home designs, from single and double storey homes, to narrow lot and squat lot designs, duplexes, triplexes, and multi-unit sites. We have a variety of designs, including Hamptons, Lifestyle, Contemporary, Federation, Mid-Century, and Farmhouse ranges. Our designs are tailored to suit a range of lifestyles, from young families and downsizers, to families with teens, multi-generation living, and dual living. We also offer home and land packages, and have a collection of display homes across Perth and the South West for you to explore.
