Our Story

Peninsula Physical Health and Nutrition was founded in 2009 by Director Kate Save. Over the past decade, our dietitians have serviced the Mornington Peninsula and wider, providing quality nutrition education to over eight private practices, three private hospitals, and numerous corporate and community groups. We strive to provide all our clients with individually tailored nutrition recommendations to ensure you achieve your personal goals and objectives, no matter how big or small they might be.
