Our journey began in 1969, and since then, we've grown to become one of the most respected names in the wastewater industry. Our team of over 80 employees, including 90 trained wastewater specialists, work tirelessly to design, manufacture, install, and service our range of products, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible solutions for their wastewater needs.

The Taylex sewage system is a product of high quality, but the maintenance service has been an issue for some customers. Some reviewers have had positive experiences with the company, such as receiving excellent and professional service from the staff, including helpful technicians who are polite, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to resolve issues. A few customers have had to follow up on issues, but ultimately, the problems were resolved, and they were satisfied with the service.
On the other hand, a few customers have had negative experiences, including long-standing issues with their systems and difficulties with customer service. A couple of customers had to deal with repeated beeping of their system and issues with the email system of the company. Another customer had to wait for a long time for a resolution to a problem with their system. Some customers were not happy with the communication from the company, and one customer had a system that had issues even after just four years of use.
