Services
Termite Inspection
Our thermal imaging inspections detect hidden termite activity using advanced T3I Termatrac detectors and E54 thermal cameras. Licensed inspectors examine all accessible areas including roof spaces, subfloors, and external structures. Reports include risk assessments and treatment recommendations following Australian Standards AS3660.2-2017.
Termidor Treatment
Termidor soil treatments create undetectable barriers that eliminate termites through colony transfer. Applied by certified technicians, this non-repellent solution offers 8-year protection with $2 million structural warranty. Effective for both prevention and active infestations in residential and commercial properties.
Termite Eradication
Direct nest treatment using Termidor foam eliminates colonies within 1-4 weeks. Technicians drill minimal access points to target infestations while preserving property integrity. Includes follow-up inspections and recommendations for ongoing protection against reinfestation in Brisbane's high-risk environment.
Baiting System
Strategically placed bait stations use Trelona to attract and eliminate termites. Monthly servicing maintains effectiveness for properties where chemical barriers aren't feasible. Combines colony elimination with ongoing monitoring for early termite detection in high-risk Brisbane locations.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
Specialist pre-purchase assessments identify termite damage and risk factors according to AS4349.3 2010 standards. Comprehensive reports help buyers make informed decisions, including treatment cost estimates and risk mitigation strategies for Brisbane's timber-friendly climate.
