Our Staff
Our Principal, Andy Johnston, is a highly experienced family lawyer, having worked in sales and marketing before practicing law. He graduated in 1994, followed by a period as an articled clerk and postgraduate study at QUT. Andy was admitted in 1996 and has since practiced primarily in the area of family and de facto law. He has appeared in various State and Federal Courts, including the Family, Federal Circuit Courts, and Administrative Appeals Tribunal. With his extensive experience in mediation and negotiation, Andy has developed a practical approach that helps our clients avoid court proceedings and resolve matters through negotiation and mediation.
