Our principal, John Karavasil, brings over 30 years of experience in the building industry as a Building Designer and Registered Builder. Our team can also provide consultation and support during the construction period, ensuring that our clients' projects are completed to the highest standard.

Our Expertise

As a member of the Building Designers Association of Victoria and the Housing Industry Association, we're committed to excellence in building design and construction. Our principal, John Karavasil, is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Building Commission, holding registrations in Building Design - Architectural (DP-AD 1562) and Domestic Builder - Unlimited (DB-U 4540). We're also accredited as a Thermal Performance Assessor, providing energy compliance reports for the energy efficiency requirements of buildings.
