Meet the Team
Our team at CDCM Kitchen & Bathrooms is made up of highly skilled and experienced tradesmen dedicated to delivering excellent results. Founder Drew Wight has over 30 years of experience in both Australia and around the world, with a license to renovate kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. He is also a qualified cabinet maker with experience constructing timber furniture. Drew's wife and business partner, Trudi, is responsible for operating the design and machining software and has a Certificate IV in Design of Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Interior Spaces. She is a member of the Kitchen and Bathroom Designers Institute (KBDi).
Our team also includes Cabinet Maker Matt, who joined us in early 2019, and Apprentice Cabinet Maker Dylan, who joined us in late 2021. Matt is a fully qualified tradesman with a broad set of skills gained from our variety of work in differing settings, while Dylan is hardworking and dedicated to learning his chosen trade. We also have Hailey Wight, our Clerical Assistant, who has many roles including assisting with work health and safety management, social media, and other duties.
