Poor Service and Racial Discrimination at Big Barber Shop Auburn
A customer, Bilal Farooq, had a terrible experience at Big Barber Shop Auburn. He was refused service based on his nationality, and the staff member, an Indian barber, was unwilling to provide service after discovering the customer's nationality. This is not only discriminatory but also unacceptable behavior for a service provider in a diverse country like Australia.
Disappointing Haircuts and Unprofessional Service
Other customers have also had bad experiences with poor haircuts, unprofessional service, and long waiting times. A customer, ProfessorZJ, had their undercut refreshed and requested no more than a 1cm trim for the rest of their hair, but the barber ended up cutting 3 inches of their hair without asking for permission. Another customer, Obese Apple, received a terrible haircut, with uneven sides, too much volume on the back, and a rushed job that took under ten minutes. The barber failed to follow their instructions, and the haircut left the customer looking unprofessional and with a weird head shape.
Good Service and Satisfied Customers
However, not all experiences at Big Barber Shop Auburn have been negative. Some customers have had great experiences with friendly staff, good service, and great haircuts. For example, Sudeen Khadka and Kante Kownw were both satisfied with the service provided by Raman, and Arif Nehan was happy with the epic hair and beard trim provided by Khim.
Overall
While some customers have had good experiences at Big Barber Shop Auburn, the negative experiences far outweigh the positive ones. The shop needs to address the issues of racial discrimination, poor service, and unprofessional behavior from their staff. Customers should be treated with respect and their instructions followed to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.
