Strata Dispute Incident with Bowsers Employees

Bowsers employees, Glenn Sampson and Bernadette Portelli, were involved in a strata dispute and failed to share information on a requested quote for a Fire Order tender. They also refused to return calls or emails, leading to a negative experience for the reviewer.

Background

The reviewer, representing a group of owners from their strata plan, was tasked with obtaining alternative quotes on the Fire Order tender to verify the suspiciously high quotes obtained by their Strata Committee Secretary. They contacted Bowsers and sent the Fire Order tender document on 4th April 2020.

Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior

Glenn and Bernadette were instructed by the Secretary to provide the quote directly to him and not share it with the reviewer. Glenn inspected the building without the reviewer's knowledge, never picked up the phone, and never called back. Bernadette refused to share any information, referring the reviewer back to the Secretary. This behavior was deemed unprofessional and unethical by the reviewer.
