Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before your arrival date, there is no charge.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.
- For group bookings and special events, the cancellation policy is 2 weeks. If you cancel within the 2-week period, you will be charged the total amount of the booking.
- If you do not show up for your booking, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- There is a non-refundable credit card surcharge for all cancellations and no-shows.
