Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers have had negative experiences with Dr. Pearson. One reviewer, Ki-Ki, gave Dr. Pearson a 1-star rating and reported a lack of professionalism, aggressive communication, and unprofessional treatment towards her anxious dog. The reviewer felt that Dr. Pearson was rude and threatening, and ultimately, Dr. Pearson's approach did not provide the care that Ki-Ki's dog needed.
Another reviewer, Skyp, also gave Dr. Pearson a 1-star rating. Skyp's dog experienced limping, and Dr. Pearson advised that the dog had a partially torn cruciate ligament and would recover with her "medication" in six weeks. However, Skyp's dog's limping worsened, and they took their dog to a different vet, which revealed that the dog had a full rupture of the cruciate ligament. This delay in treatment resulted in additional expenses for the dog.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, several reviewers have had positive experiences with Dr. Pearson. Chiara Z., Sylvia Anita, Vicki Ryan, and Skye Eagles all gave Dr. Pearson 5-star ratings and reported that she provided excellent care and treatment for their pets. They praised Dr. Pearson's caring and helpful approach, as well as her use of homeopathic and natural remedies. One reviewer's dog was able to recover from a cruciate ligament tear without surgery, and another reviewer's dog was able to manage its seizures with Dr. Pearson's help.
