Our purpose-built centre is licensed for 71 children and offers long day care and before and after school care. Our Educators
Our team of educators are passionate about providing high-quality care and education to your child. All of our educators hold a minimum qualification of Certificate III in Children's Services, with approximately 70% holding a Diploma in Children's Services or higher. Our educators undergo regular training and professional development to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in early childhood education.

At Pearsall Child Care Centre, we take the health and wellbeing of your child very seriously. We have a strict policy in place for administering medications to children, ensuring that all medications are carefully monitored and administered with written consent from parents or guardians. We also have a comprehensive policy for managing medical conditions, ensuring that your child receives the best possible care while in our centre.

Introduction
Pearsall Child Care Centre has received a mixed response from parents, with some expressing dissatisfaction with their experience while others have been extremely pleased with the care provided to their children.
Negative Feedback
Brett Rigby, a dissatisfied parent, shared their experience. They mentioned that there were red flags from the start, including being required to sign up before being allowed to take their child in for an orientation. Their child contracted Strep from another child at the centre, and both parents also became infected. Due to their child's illness and subsequent absence, they were not eligible for the childcare subsidy, despite keeping their child away as a responsible measure during the COVID-19 pandemic. They also had issues with continuous attempts to deduct money from their account without an invoice and were charged a varying "direct debit fee." They felt that the centre prioritized money over their child's well-being and were unprofessional and unhelpful.
Positive Feedback
On the other hand, several parents have expressed their satisfaction with the centre. Harneet Bhinder mentioned that her child has been attending for nearly a year and she cannot express enough love and gratitude to the staff for creating a positive and loving atmosphere. She appreciates the centre's flexibility and long hours.
Abby Mitsui shared that her daughter was initially nervous about attending daycare, but the staff were patient and helped her get comfortable. They even printed pictures of the staff for her daughter to get to know them better.
Tansy-May Cosgrove mentioned that her daughter loves attending the centre and that the ladies are friendly and welcoming. She appreciates the cleanliness of the centre and the variety of toys and activities available.
Kiam McCutcheon praised the centre for providing excellent care and knowledge. She noted that her daughter made significant leaps in behaviour and intellect during her time there.
Dinah Parker expressed her happiness with the feedback and photos she receives weekly about her son's activities. She highly recommends the centre.
Steve Marshall, whose two children attend the centre, was impressed by the staff's dedication and the centre's facilities. He appreciated the nutritious food and the educators' pleasant and knowledgeable nature.
Seliane Sbrana mentioned that her daughter has been enjoying her time at the centre and appreciates the friendly environment and perfect learning atmosphere.
