Specialised Textiles Association

The Specialised Textiles Association (STA) is the industry representative body for the fabric and textiles sectors in Australia. We currently represent over 200 member businesses from around the country to promote industry standards and ethics, work with government and training organisations and provide members with information and news relating to their business and the broader industry.

Our mission is to promote and support the specialised textiles industry in Australia by providing a platform for businesses to come together, share knowledge, and innovate. We strive to create an environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and excellence, and to promote the importance of the industry to the broader community.

Our Services

As the industry representative body, we offer a range of services to our members, including training and development programs, industry events and conferences, business accreditation, and access to industry resources and news. We also provide a platform for members to connect, network, and collaborate on projects and initiatives.

We actively work with government and training organisations to promote the interests of the industry and to ensure that our members' voices are heard.
