Our principal lawyer, Simon Jeans, has been a lawyer since 1989 and has specialised in immigration law for over 30 years. He has worked in various countries including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, UK, Jordan, Syria, and Ukraine. His experience includes working as a Legal Consultant with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Indonesia and giving evidence to a US Congressional Committee for International Relations in Washington DC on Indochinese refugee issues in SE Asia. Simon is recognised by the NSW Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law and has been included in the annual list of Best Lawyers in Immigration Law since 2016.

• Migration Agent Services: Our registered migration agents can assist you with the preparation and lodgement of visa applications, appeals, and other immigration-related matters. We can also provide advice and representation in complex immigration matters such as judicial review and ministerial intervention.
• Capstone Migration Agents Assessment Preparation: Simon Jeans has been conducting courses in How to Pass the Capstone Migration Agents Assessment since July 2021. He has also been engaged by the College of Law for all 7 intakes as an Assessor or External Moderator for the Capstone Migration Agents Assessment.
• Advice and Writing Submissions: We assist other registered migration agents by providing advice and writing submissions for them to lodge with the Department of Home Affairs, Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Minister.
