Ordering and Delivery Issues

Furthermore, both customers reported difficulty in getting through to customer service, with Lila H. having to contact the company multiple times and Bradley T. being told that someone would call back but never receiving a call.
Installation and Product Issues
Additionally, both customers faced problems with the installation of their products. Lila H. reported that the technician who installed her treadmill did not notice that the power cord was being stepped on, resulting in the treadmill not turning on. Bradley T.'s Stairmaster does not work, and despite calling customer service, he was left without a functional product.
Overall Disappointment
Both customers were extremely dissatisfied with their experiences, describing them as among the worst they've had for a premium-priced product. They would not recommend using this store due to the poor customer service, lengthy delivery times, and product issues.
