Customer Service Feedback
M.B.L. is a catering supply store that has received a variety of feedback on their customer service. Positive feedback has highlighted the helpful and friendly service provided by some staff members, including the tall man and the lady with long blonde hair. Julie An mentioned that the staff were fantastic and easy to deal with, and that they had a good range of plastic alternatives and biodegradable products. Neil Baston also had a positive experience, finding the product he was looking for and receiving good service and price. Sue Stirling mentioned that MBL has become her go-to store for display bags, and that she loves the linen bags for presenting resources.
However, there has been negative feedback regarding customer service, primarily concerning a short-haired lady who has been described as rude, aggressive, and lacking in customer service skills. Charlee Farquhar mentioned that a worker made fun of her mother's name, and that the staff member did not respect customers. Raykey described the staff as rude and that they could not comprehend basic requests, with the short-haired lady hanging up the phone on them twice. Joe Lee mentioned that he sent five emails and did not receive a response. Jules Aknin described the short-haired lady as cold and that she blamed the customer for an issue with their order. Hey'Look A'Panda mentioned that the short-haired lady treated her mother-in-law poorly due to her foreign accent, and that she was aggressive and irritated. Repaired Simply also had a negative experience with the short-haired lady, stating that she needs customer service training and that she does not seem to want to be there.
Product Feedback
The feedback on the products offered by MBL has been generally positive. Julie An mentioned that they had a good range of plastic alternatives and biodegradable products. Neil Baston found the product he was looking for and was happy with the price. Sue Stirling loves the linen bags for presenting resources and mentioned that children can use them over and over again.
However, there has been some negative feedback regarding the availability of certain products. Raykey mentioned that they had difficulty finding a commercial food wrap machine, and that the staff did not seem to understand their request. Jules Aknin mentioned that they placed an order on Monday for two boxes of casings for the 25th delivery, but the order was not processed until the morning of the 25th, and they missed the delivery window.
