Our team of experienced chefs and owners, all locals of the Blue Mountains, have a keen interest in casual dining and Mediterranean flavours. We have created an inner-city atmosphere that takes you on a Spanish and Portuguese voyage, making you feel as if you have entered a local taverna in the back lanes of Lisbon or Madrid.

*Drink Menu*: In addition to our wine menu, we also offer a range of drinks, including sangria, cocktails, and spirits. Our drink menu is designed to complement our tapas menu and create a festive atmosphere.
*Functions & Venue Hire*: The Union Restaurant is the perfect venue for your next event. Whether it's a birthday party, Christmas function, or work event, we can accommodate groups of all sizes. We offer a dedicated and passion-fueled group dining experience to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Friday and Saturday Seating Times
On Friday and Saturday nights, we have two seating times. The first starts at 5.30pm and finishes at 7.45pm. The second seating starts at 8.00pm and is a more popular option for larger groups.
Group Bookings
For groups of ten or more, please refer to our set menu. Our set menu can be altered to cater for special requests and dietary requirements.
Functions & Venue Hire
