The receptionists were considered pleasant and helpful, but the overall experience was poor. Some patients had to wait over an hour for their appointments and felt that their time was not respected.

Dr. Angelo Arreza

Dr. Arreza was criticized for his rude, unprofessional, and snappy behavior towards patients. Some patients found him to be self-important and uninterested in their health concerns. His attitude and behavior led to tears and frustration among patients.

Professionalism and Communication

The clinic's communication was criticized for being poor, especially regarding wait times and patient concerns. Dr. Arreza was accused of not listening to patient's health issues and referring them to other professionals instead of addressing them himself.

Other Staff and Patient Experience

Dr. Hoy was praised for his kindness, consideration, and professionalism when attending to a patient in a nursing home. However, this positive feedback was not enough to balance the negative experiences reported by other patients.
