At Collins Court Butchers, we're proud to be a locally-owned and operated business that has been serving the Mount Gambier community for over 15 years. Our journey began in 2006 when Mick Lamond, with his almost two decades of experience in the meat industry, decided to branch out on his own and establish a butchery that would provide top-quality meats and exceptional customer service. From humble beginnings as a two-person operation, we've grown to employ six staff members and have become a trusted name in the region's food industry.

We also offer a range of value packs, including the Cryovacing of Meat for Camping Value Pack, the C.C.B Pack, the BBQ Pack for 4, the BBQ Pack for 8, the Family Pack, and the Couples Pack. Our gas hooded spit and cool room hire services are also available for parties and events.
