Contract and Cancellation Issues
There were significant issues with the contract and cancellation process. A customer reported that they were treated unfairly and without empathy after losing their job due to Covid-19 related reasons. Despite numerous attempts to contact Healthglo, they were ignored and refused to negotiate the contract. Even offering to pay half of the cancellation fee did not prompt a response.
Staff and Facilities
On a more positive note, the staff at Healthglo were described as friendly. The facilities, including the pool, were also a highlight for one customer.
